Slaughter House

Cow Slaughter is banned in various states across the nation and in order to stop this malpractice our Gaushala has taken measures through various projects. Khopoli Gaushala’s SANKALP project aims to own 1 lakh cows. We focus on providing shelter, food and proper health care to all the cows being brought in at the Khopoli Gaushala.

Shelter to Stray Cows

Khopoli Gaushala has received good response from people and groups of various verticals for our projects. We celebrate festivals with the local adivasi children as well. Our Gaushala gets helps from people in various sectors. Recently, the Gaushala received cows that were saved by the police in live or die conditions.

Injured cows

Injured cows from various places are brought to our Khopoli Gaushala. Our volunteers have improved the conditions of many such injured cows that were brought in. These Cows are given proper food, nourishment and are taken proper care of. Vaccinations are provided from time to time, which helps in aiding the injuries.

Activities

The project of Gau Sewa and Gau raksha, was founded by Matushree Tipudevi Devichandji Sanghvi Gaushala living in Khopoli.

In order to save cows from slaughtering, Matushree Tipudevi Devichandji Sanghvi Gaushala started the project with a SANKALP to own 1 lakh cows in this Gaushala located in khopoli.

The cows are invariably captured and taken for slaughtering by a particular society, He envisions to connect every villager with cow.
